ScIDre GmbH expands its high‑pressure oxygen capabilities with the new CSF‑200, a compact sintering furnace built directly into HKZ Floating Zone systems. By using the HKZ’s existing gas and power infrastructure, the CSF‑200 minimizes duplicate components and reduces overall system footprint. Its dual‑volume architecture ensures safe, stable operation while enabling oxygen pressures up to 200 bar and temperatures up to 1500 °C. This makes the system ideal for sintering oxide rods, stabilizing high‑oxygen phases, and performing post‑growth annealing. Fully integrated into the HKZ control software, the CSF‑200 supports automated pressure and temperature ramps, offering a powerful and space‑efficient upgrade for advanced oxide materials research.
